Another great Grand Prix this time held in Hungary.
Hamilton ended his qualifying session with his car on fire and Magnussen after a huge hit in Q3 was forced to start the race from the pit lane after chassis changes.

With adverse weather conditions, Rosberg quietly led the race until lap 9 – the safety car made its appearance after Ericsson’s crash. Grosjean crashed and the presence of the safety car was extended up to lap 14.
After that everything started to change with different tactics for each team and driver. On lap 23, the safety car returned after Perez’s accident and Alonso became the fourth race leader, after Rosberg, Button and Ricciardo.

There were no more safety car appearances until the end, but lots of emotion, with lots of battles at the front of the pack. Alonso, Hamilton and Ricciardo drove for several laps separated by less than a second.
This is the second win for Ricciardo and Alonso took his best result of the season second. Raikkonen also achieved his best result of the season with sixth place in the other Ferrari.
