Once Upon A Time
There was a village inhabited by nincompoops and a strange creature, who headed the village.
One day the strange creature decided to create a tax to charge the nincompoops that were not bothering anyone, and were quite people.
After the implementation of the tax, the nincompoops started to become aggressive, and the strange creature decided to tax them for the aggressivity, which led to a great deal of confusion on the village.People decided to convoke elections, and the strange creature lost them, blaming the nincompoops.
Moral of the story: The strange creature become a nincompoop, and the nincompoops proved that they weren´t stupid at all…
